Events Travel is the company to get you or your clients access to the biggest sports and music events around the world. We specialize in exceeding expectations and that is why we are committed to accompanying and advising during every moment of your – or your client’s – trip. The team of Events Travel consists of young, enthusiastic and highly motivated ‘event junkies’ who understand that visiting an event is more than just a concert or a sports match, it is a true experience. We want the experience to start before the actual event, and to create a memory for a lifetime. We can provide all types of event packages for each event, up to the most luxurious hospitality packages.
From the second you have contacted Events Travel, you will be linked to a dedicated employee of ours. This is your contact person available at any given moment to answer all questions you have and guide you through all aspects of realizing an experience for you or your client.
All of our employees have their own personal telephone number and mail account for you to reach. And we can even set up a Skype meeting to get acquainted.
In all of our event packages we guarantee seating in pairs, which means that with even numbers nobody will have to sit alone. For an uneven amount of seats we will do our best to make sure everyone is close together and nobody will have to sit alone.
Events Travel can work with groups up to 500 people. For any group over 8 people, please contact your Events Travel representative. He or she will then check with the sales department to see what options are available for group seating.
The complete event packages are usually available for distribution several days before the event. Events Travel has representatives in all major event cities who will deliver the packages, at least one day before the event, to the hotel of the attending party personally.
Our delivery representatives work with an automated delivery tracking system. The recipients will sign for the delivery on a mobile device. The signature together with the delivery info will be forwarded to the mail account of our travel partner, to update on the delivery status.
If the event packages are available for distribution sooner we will make sure it will be shipped to the clients directly. Our contracts with Fedex, UPS and DHL ensure us that we can deliver to every corner of the world as soon as humanly possible.
For tour operators, travel agencies and other partners who want to use our unique service we are able to deliver our event packages to your clients without our company details. These so called ‘white label’ services make it possible for our partners to sell our event packages as their own, or for example to provide a full travel service including a sports or music event.
